Welcome to the KHS Library
Policies and Procedures
The library is open every school day from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Students and faculty are welcome to come in and browse the stacks, read newspapers and magazines, use the computers and printer, or just hang out. We please ask that you not bring food or drink into the library.
Students may check out two books at a time. A $0.05 per day fine is levied on overdue books.
Chromebook problems are handled in the library. Students should bring all broken or damaged equipment to the library as soon as possible; if necessary they will need to fill out an incident report. The library staff will handle putting the work orders in Eduphoria. After the start of the school year, any fees (such as insurance, lost equipment, or fines) are paid to the library staff.

Congratulations to our first Book-In-A-Jar Contest winners: Aaron Walton, Katie Gehrts, Ryan Harper, Danielle Baldwin, and Dylan Simmons. Students determined the book and author from shredded text sealed in a jar. This month's answer was "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee.
